I interviewed my folks and created a podcast. I wanted to understand how they felt when their store was destroyed. It was also a time when they were constantly robbed at gunpoint.
This podcast is so beautifully edited, Claire! I don't think most second-generation kids truly understand what our parents had to go through to survive. Love that you're offering a different perspective to a well-known current event, while documenting your family history as well.
Thanks Sophia! I am finding such joy in documenting and sharing my parents' stories. My brother said he wants to listen, so I'm going to play the podcast for him in 15 min increments over the phone, lol. Thank you for listening to it. :)
Thanks Alli! Trust me, it's not perfect haha, but I'm okay with that. It was definitely a learning experience and I really enjoyed it. Garageband is no bueno for podcasts. I'm going to try Audacity and maybe Riverside FM. What do you guys use??

Look forward to hearing the podcast. Like everything you create, I am SURE it is perfect!!!
